How Much Does Custom Embroidery Cost?
One of the first questions we hear at SaRi's Creations is, "How much will it cost to embroider my logo?" It's a great question, but the answer depends on several factors unique to your project.
Unlike products that come with a fixed price tag, custom embroidery is created specifically for you. The size of your design, the number of stitches, the type of garment, and the quantity you need all play a role in determining the final cost.
The good news? Once we know a few details about your project, we can provide an accurate quote quickly.

What Affects Embroidery Pricing?
Your Design! A simple name or monogram takes much less time to embroider than a detailed company logo with fine lettering and multiple colors.
Stitch Count: One of the biggest factors in embroidery pricing is stitch count. More stitches generally mean more production time and additional thread, which can affect the overall cost.
Garment Type: Polo shirts, hats, jackets, towels, backpacks, and other items all embroider differently. Some materials require additional setup or specialized techniques.
Quantity: Whether you need one embroidered polo or uniforms for an entire staff, quantity can influence production efficiency and pricing.
Design Placement: A small left-chest logo requires far less stitching than a large design across the back of a jacket. Placement helps determine the amount of embroidery involved.
Customer-Supplied Apparel: Many customers choose to provide their own shirts, jackets, hats, or other garments. We're happy to discuss whether your items are suitable for embroidery before your project begins.
Why Doesn't SaRi's Publish Fixed Prices? Because no two embroidery projects are exactly alike. Two logos might appear similar, but one may require thousands more stitches than the other. Different garments, quantities, and placements can also change the amount of work involved.
Rather than giving you an estimate that may not accurately reflect your project, we prefer to provide a personalized quote based on your specific needs.
